You're not alone.

"I felt safe bringing in my real emotions. Messy, complicated, unfiltered. I didn't have to explain or justify them."
"The way things were reflected back helped me feel compassion instead of shame. I started to believe I wasn't broken. Just human."
"Therapy helped me reconnect with parts of myself I hadn't felt in years. I feel more grounded, more real, more me."
Reflections based on real client words, paraphrased with care for privacy.

Care that meets you where you are

Meet your therapist
I'm Kay (she/they), a Korean American, queer, neurodivergent therapist living with CPTSD.
I work with people who carry a lot. As an online therapist providing services across Georgia, I make space for those who rarely get that same care in return.
My practice is shaped by lived experience and a commitment to trauma-informed and somatic therapy. I believe that healing is personal but never separate from the world we live in.
Here, you don't have to explain who you are. You get to bring your full self.
